Accessible Europe: ICT 4 ALL is a regional forum organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the European Commission (EC) and co-organized by the Accessible EU Resource Centre. The forum took place on 13-14 December 2023 in Madrid, Spain. Hosted by Fundación ONCE, supported by the Government of Spain as part of the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
